Orange Beet Smoothie

Serves 1

• 1 cup spinach (may use the greens of your choice)

• 1 cup liquid (I used almond milk)

• 1/4 cup chopped beets

• 1 orange chopped

• 1/2 cup frozen cherries

• 1/2 tsp chopped ginger

• 1 tablespoon almond butter

• 1 tablespoon ground hemp seed

Blend liquid, beets, and spinach in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
